What this job involves:
- Manage all activities related to mechanical, engineering and plumbing in terms of planning, designing, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, and final handover;
- Fully understand, collect and deliver clients' MEP requirements.
- Support on schedule or plan establishment, value engineer, and design change management.
- Assist the contract manager in MEP-related procurement and VO management.
- Support the project manager or construction manager in MEP-related installation, site inspection and contractor management.
- Assist in technical handover such as making a defection list and tracking the rectification measures taken by contractors.
Required
Education /Work Experience Requirement:
- Degree in MEP engineering-related discipline or related field.
- Have sufficient experience in construction site management, as well as a strong understanding of all aspects of development management including, financial appraisal, risk management, negotiation, etc.
- Strong background of all aspects of MEP-related management—including the development of MEP project plan and procedures and construction schedules;
- Familiar with electrical engineering, and BMS and have knowledge of security system, AV system, and IT system;
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in design, construction and project management industry;
- Proficient and well practiced in technology tools to complete daily work tasks;
- Have certified licenses.
