Clinical Education Director
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of audiology and clinical education in Sonova China. You are expected to excel in developing strategic educational frameworks, building elite trainer teams, and establishing Sonova as the undisputed thought leader in hearing care. You will base in Shanghai, directly report to Senior Director of Corporate Affairs & Clinical Education.

In this role, you will be the chief architect of clinical excellence and professional education for Sonova in China. Your core mission is to build a best-in-class education system that empowers both internal teams and external professionals.
- Strategic Educational Leadership
: Develop and execute the strategic plan for Sonova China's clinical education, audiology training, and thought leadership programs. Ensure the delivery of this plan to elevate clinical standards across the market. - System & Curriculum Development
: Accountable for establishing, optimizing, and scaling the audiology training and clinical education system in China. This includes designing cutting-edge curriculums and building a forward-looking training system supported by a professional trainer team. - Training Delivery & Collaboration
: Provide high-level training and education on audiology and technical skills for internal professionals and external partners. Develop deep collaborations with businesses and functions in China to understand and support their professional training needs. - Stakeholder Engagement & Thought Leadership
: Lead corporate-level engagement with industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical experts. Develop and execute a thought leadership plan to strengthen Sonova's industry-leading role and steer discussions on industry development. - Academic Partnership Management:
Manage and coordinate academic partnerships with universities and institutions. Track progress and drive measurable results from these collaborations to ensure a lasting impact on the profession.
More about you:
- Master's degree or above in healthcare or a clinical-related field; Doctor of Audiology or related advanced degree is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in clinical education or the healthcare industry. Candidates with both clinical experience in hospitals and enterprise working experience are highly preferred.
- Proven strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute long-term educational plans. Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the credibility to engage with senior clinical experts and academic leaders. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and full professional fluency in English is essential.
