  • Organize and participate in project feasibility studies, preliminary design reviews, and construction drawing optimizations to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and company requirements.
  • Coordinate and resolve major technical issues during project execution.
  • Be familiar with the key technical parameters and selection criteria of PV system components (modules, inverters, mounting structures, transformers, cables, etc.).

3. Construction Management

  • Oversee on-site construction management, supervising contractors for progress, quality, safety, environmental protection, and civil discipline.
  • Organize acceptance of key project milestones (pile foundation, mounting installation, module installation, electrical installation, grid connection, etc.).
  • Coordinate and resolve on-site issues such as design changes, construction challenges, material supply, and local stakeholder relations.

4. Cost and Contract Management

  • Participate in the negotiation, signing, and execution management of EPC, construction, and procurement contracts.
  • Monitor project costs and review progress payment applications to ensure costs remain within budget.
  • Manage engineering variation orders and change approvals.
