Job Overview
This role serves as the APAC Head of Digital Marketing, leading the regional strategy for CRM, omni-channel initiatives, and media planning. The position is central to shaping seamless consumer journeys, elevating brand loyalty, and driving business growth across both mature and emerging markets in the Asia-Pacific region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement APAC CRM strategies, including consumer journey design, segmentation, and loyalty program execution.
- Localize and roll out global CRM tools and clienteling platforms in collaboration with global data, IT, and local market teams.
- Partner with marketing, retail, and e-Commerce teams to deliver integrated online-to-offline consumer experiences.
- Establish performance tracking frameworks for CRM and media initiatives, optimizing ROI and campaign impact.
- Lead regional media strategy development, including brand media guidelines localization, performance media planning, and budget allocation.
- Serve as the regional media lead for markets without local experts, sharing best practices and elevating capabilities across APAC.
- Manage regional media partnerships and leverage global agency relationships to deliver market-relevant solutions.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen consumer engagement expertise within local teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 7–15 years of experience in consumer engagement, CRM, or omni-channel marketing, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record in leading regional strategies and cross-functional projects in APAC.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms, data analytics, and omni-channel marketing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of APAC consumer trends, media landscapes, and retail ecosystems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence across cultures and levels.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are beneficial.
