  • Responsibilities including company shuttle bus, transportation and canteen management, including vendor selection and assessment.
  • Arranges insurance, maintenance, repair and other affairs related to company vehicle
  • Performs clerical tasks as per Admin requirement, i.e. coordination with stationery supplier, meal supplier, express supplier,business card printing supplier, water supplier, plant supplier, travel & hotel agencies, etc.
  • Responsible for PPE management and achieve annually cost control and cost down target.
  • Responsible for executing the security regulations in plant by coordination with out-sourcing security service supplier.
  • Responsible for office facilities are in working order and arranging service and repair as necessary.
  • Organizes company activities such like annual party, company outing, sports/ matches and etc.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.
  • Other tasks assigned by HR Manager. HR
  • Responsibilities including recruitment, staffing, C&B support and training.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and job postings. Developing and maintaining recruitment channels.
  • Conduct new employee process including CV screening, interview, on boarding procedure, probation training following.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.\ Assist in managing employee benefits programs and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Get to know your employees and give feedback as HRBP
  • Be involved in HR digitalization projects.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.
  • Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
