Job context

Reporting to Asia Marketing Manager, the main role of Technical Marketing Executive is to ensure that the company's marketing strategies are effectively aligned with the dynamics of the Chinese livestock industry market. Duties include tasks related to market research and analysis, marketing campaign planning and execution, brand promotion, content creation, customer relationship maintenance, and providing technical support related to animal science.


What you'll do
(missions)

  • Conducting market research & competitive analysis in the feed and breeding sectors
  • Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Creating, translating, and publishing marketing content (articles, video scripts, product materials...)
  • Supporting brand communication via social media, events, and exhibitions
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and assisting the sales team with technical support
  • Providing basic animal science support to sales and distributors
  • Collaborating with the team to monitor key accounts and project progress


What you bring
(hard skills, soft skills, level of education, experience, …)

Bachelor's degree or above – preferred majors: Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related

Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English (reading, writing, and communication)

Solid skills in Digital Marketing, CRM, Business Analysis, and Multi-Channel Marketing

Strong verbal & written communication, confident, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

A proactive mindset and flexibility to adapt in a dynamic international team

Interview Schedule

  • An initial telephone interview with our Recruiter: an opportunity to give you a brief introduction to the position and gather initial information about your profile.
  • An interview (in person or by videoconference) with Marketing Manager: you can talk in detail about your experience and what you're looking for in your future position.
  • Soft skill test via Assess First.
  • A final interview (in person or by videoconference) with Commercial Director, to talk about what motivates you at work, and to go deeper into your soft skills (based on your tests results).
  • A phone call a week after your last interview.
