Record To Report
- G. China Fixed asset end to end governance
- Optimize Centralize full FA control process into Hub with efficient governance
- Make sure governance KPIs delivery
- SOA Scan & LAC control operation
Provide dedicated support to China on all aspects of Record to Report (RTR) related matters. Drive continuous process improvement through close monitoring of outsourced team's performance and strengthened connection with country key stakeholders.
