该职位来源于猎聘 RESPONSIBILITIES: * Full cycle recruitment * In-take meetings * Advising management on interviewing and hiring * Creating job descriptions and job ads * Sourcing * Candidate screening * Interview organisation * Making offers, hire administration & cooperate with HR on compensation/benefit questions. * Be the strategic partnership for leaders within assigned business units, including but not limited to: * Understanding future hiring needs * Creating tailored hiring strategies for each department, including but not limited to advertising strategies, interview processes etc * Annual employer branding planning

- Tand methodoragirs and hiring team in the Marshal Group recruitment process
- Identify & own the delivery of improvement projects within APAC region
- Acquitin cop driving various other projects within the wider Talent * Recruitment metric & analytics ownership in APAC for reporting purposes & using data to identify recruitment process efficiency improvements. * Advising the Director, Talent Acquisition on annual budget requirements for APAC. REQUIRED EXPERIENCES / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: * 4 or more years experience in Talent Acquisition hiring a wide range of roles, ideally with a mix of recruitment agency/RPO/recruitment consultancy or in-house companies. * Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage recruitment processes. * Proven experience using Linkedin Recruiter and other sourcing tools. * Strong understanding of how to X-Ray Search & Boolean search to find hidden talent. * Previous experience using Psychometric testing to hire candidates and interpreting the results. * Understanding of how to apply D&l targets into recruitment practices to continuously improve diversity hiring REQUIRED LANGUAGES:
- Business level of English.
