岗位职责:
1,负责公司网站、Web应用、移动端(iOS/Android)等产品的用户界面视觉设计工作;
2,创建并持续维护和优化产品的设计系统和视觉语言规范;
3,与产品经理紧密合作,深刻理解业务需求与目标,参与产品需求评审,并从视觉和用户体验角度提出建设性意见。与交互设计师(UX)协同工作,参与用户流程和信息架构的设计,从视觉层面优化用户体验。
岗位要求:
1,相关专业本科及以上学历,2年以上UI设计或相关工作经验,拥有成熟、出色的个人作品集;
2,软件技能: 熟悉 Figma,并熟练使用 Sketch、Adobe XD、Photoshop、Illustrator 等主流设计软件;
3,具备扎实的视觉设计功底,对布局、色彩、字体、动效有敏锐的洞察力和出色的审美能力;
