Job Responsibilities
- Creative Planning
: Take charge of the product creative phase for IP projects and coordinate with designers to develop complete product planning proposals. - Aesthetic Oversight
: Review, guide and refine IP product planning proposals, design drafts and offline display plans submitted by the internal team and partners. Ensure a balance between forward-looking creativity and commercial viability in creative outputs. - Project Management
: Conduct efficient cross-departmental communication and collaboration (with Merchandising, R&D, Procurement and Marketing departments). Integrate resources to ensure the synergy of visual marketing strategies across the product, marketing and channel ends.
Job Qualifications
- Hard Requirement for English Proficiency
- At least 3 years of experience in creative or IP project management. Candidates with backgrounds in fashion, trendy toys, FMCG or retail industries are preferred.
- Design Competence
: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or other design software. Ability to guide the development of high-quality design solutions. - Outgoing personality, self-confidence, passion for communication and enjoyment in creating value in a multicultural and high-intensity social environment.
- Excellent cross-departmental coordination and external business communication skills. Ability to express opinions clearly and persuasively, and effectively resolve conflicts.
