The Company is an international FMCG company with reputable products and proven performance in Chinese market. It's hiring a (Senior) Trade Marketing Manager to be based in its head office in Beijing.
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for planning sales and execution route to market strategy and activities that in line with overall marketing and communication plan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute route to market strategy (Online and offline channel)
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze sales data to deliver accurate rolling sales forecast
- Work closely with internal and external supply chain team to manage demand and supply
- Coordinate with distributor and TP agent to follow up report and measure monthly/quarterly KPI and sales target
- Used and utilize Nielsen data to monitor sales performance/ understand market trends and make recommendations
- Work closely with the marketing team to properly implement and align in marketing communication plan
- Key Deliverables Weekly rolling sales forecast
- Monthly Nielsen report update and recommendation
- Sales and promotion analysis and recommendation on improving ROI and effectiveness for future activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Min. Education level bachelor's degree in business management
Work experience
- At least more than 5 years of relevant experience with trade marketing, customer engagement or retail business
Skills and knowledge
- Fluently speaking and writing in English
- Able to build effective working relationship with a variety of different stakeholders
- Generate actionable insight from a range of data
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop and implement a plan and adapt to optimize results
- Understand and familiar to use Nielsen
