You support our team as

Material Controller
Responsibilities

  • Demand Forecasting: Analyze production schedules and sales forecasts to determine material requirements and prepare accurate material forecasts.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track material usage, and manage reorder points to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to place orders, manage delivery schedules, and resolve any issues related to material supply.
  • Order Processing: Generate and process purchase orders for materials and track their delivery to ensure timely receipt and availability.
  • Production Support: Collaborate with production teams or sales (Merchandize) to address any material shortages or delays and adjust plans to meet production requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of material orders, receipts, and inventory levels, and prepare reports as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in materials planning or inventory management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in materials planning software and ERP systems.
