Work you'll do
- 参与客户GenAI应用项目的技术研发,包括RAG、提示词工程、多模态模型应用等核心技术环节,负责将技术方案转化为可执行的代码实现。
- 结合业务场景,设计并优化 GenAI 应用的系统架构,解决模型部署、推理效率、召回准确率、数据安全等实际问题,提升产品性能与用户体验。
- 与产品团队紧密协作,理解业务需求并转化为技术需求,参与技术方案的讨论与制定,提供开发层面的专业建议。
- 负责 GenAI 相关技术文档的编写,包括开发手册、接口文档等。
- 跟踪 GenAI 领域的前沿技术动态(如 Deepseek、Claude、Qwen 等模型的最新进展),并将其应用到实际开发中,推动团队技术能力的提升。
We are looking for someone with
- 本科及以上学历,计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业,1年以上 GenAI 或机器学习领域开发经验。
- 熟悉主流大模型的原理与应用,熟悉LangGraph、LangChain等常见技术框架,具备GenAI应用部署经验。
- 精通 Python,熟悉 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等深度学习框架,了解 Hugging Face 生态工具的使用。
- 了解自然语言处理(NLP)、计算机视觉(CV)等相关技术,有多模态交互等项目经验者优先。
- 具备较强的问题解决能力、逻辑思维能力和团队协作精神,能独立承担技术开发任务并按时交付。
- 有大型企业级 GenAI 产品开发经验、开源项目贡献者优先。
