As the window of the company's product line in overseas markets, you will be responsible for deeply understanding the needs of overseas customers and market dynamics. You will act as the listener of customers, the observer of the market, the voice of R&D, and the enabler of the sales team, ensuring that the products maintain strong competitiveness in overseas markets and achieve sustainable business growth.
Market and Customer Insights
Act as the **interface** for handling product-related customer complaints from overseas customers (including doctors and distributors). Conduct in-depth analysis of the root causes of issues, coordinate internal resources (such as quality control and R&D) to provide solutions, and drive continuous product improvement.
Systematically collect, organize, and analyze market information from overseas markets, including the product features, pricing strategies, marketing activities, and clinical feedback of competitors. Generate in-depth competitive analysis reports.
Gain insights into the needs of end-users through overseas exhibitions, clinical observation, and expert interviews. Collaborate with R&D and the innovation center to continuously optimize products.
Product Lifecycle Management
Represent the overseas market and work closely with the R&D department to translate market feedback into clear product requirement documents. Drive the definition of new products, optimization, and iteration of existing products.
Before product launch, act as the bridge between the R&D team and the overseas sales team to ensure that product features, advantages, and market positioning are accurately communicated and understood.
Be responsible for tracking and evaluating products after launch, and provide decision-making suggestions for product withdrawal, upgrades, or product line expansion.
Market Promotion and Empowerment
Lead the design and development of various product promotion materials for overseas markets, including but not limited to product brochures, flyers, PPTs, clinical case collections, surgical video narration, and website content.
Draft and update product training materials, sales toolkits, and FAQs for overseas sales teams and distributors to ensure accurate and consistent information.
Plan and participate in product launch meetings, webinars, and training sessions in overseas regions to provide professional product training for the sales team and key customers.
Clinical and Regulatory Support
Work closely with the regulatory affairs department to provide necessary market and technical support for product registration and application in various overseas countries. Ensure that registration materials meet local market requirements.
Support the conduct of overseas clinical research projects, including discussion of protocols, support for research center selection, and interpretation of clinical data.
Assist in collecting, organizing, and publishing clinical literature and case reports related to products to enhance the academic influence and clinical evidence level of the products.
