About This Role
As Procurement Director, you will lead the overall procurement and sourcing strategy for key global and regional programs. You will oversee end-to-end sourcing execution and BOM cost management, ensuring optimal supplier selection, early engagement, and long-term competitiveness. Acting as a strategic business partner to program, engineering, and commodity teams, you will drive cost leadership, supplier collaboration, and innovation to support new product introductions and program profitability. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the company's global procurement direction and strengthening supplier ecosystems across multiple commodities.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above; engineering background preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the automotive or related technology sectors
- Deep understanding of supplier base, cost structures, and global sourcing markets across multiple commodities
- Proven success in leading strategic procurement, supplier management, and cross-functional alignment at a global scale
- Experience in value chain analysis (VAVE, TQCM), cost optimization, and supplier performance improvement
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills; fluent English required
