Responsibilities:
- Represent process safety engineering disciplie to attend process hazard review and analysis including HAZID/HAZOP/SIL studies and responsible for action close out.
- Prepare safety basis of design, design safety design philosophies and specification for safety and fire fighting equipment.
- Prepare safety and fire fighting layout, escape route and life saving equipment layouts, safety system P&IDs, hazardous area classification.
- Perform fire water calculations and flare radiation simulation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Have over 10 years of working experience in chemical safety design in the oil and gas industry (offshore oil and gas preferred).
- Be familiar with relevant international norms and standards in the oil and gas industry, such as API, NACE, NORSOK, etc.
- Proficient in using chemical safety design software such as Pipenet, Flaresim, and DNV PHAST.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Possess good English proficiency.
- Possess a spirit of teamwork.
