  • Marketing Campaign Development & Execution
  • Design, implement, and evaluate multichannel marketing campaigns targeting HCPs and patients, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Leverage digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • KOL Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national-level medical experts, academic institutions, and professional associations.
  • Organize and lead advisory boards, expert forums, and medical education programs to gather clinical insights and shape brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with KOLs to develop and disseminate scientific content that supports brand positioning.
  • New Product Launch Preparation
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and patient segmentation studies to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including messaging frameworks, brand positioning, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with cross-functional teams to meet launch timelines and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Manage partnerships with distributors/commercial partner and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory/R&D teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and project coordination across departments to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Project Management
  • Manage ad-hoc projects based on business needs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop project plans, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Education and Experience Must-Have
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably in chronic disease areas such as respiratory, diabetes, or cardiovascular.
  • Bachelor or master degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of China's healthcare business environment, including regulatory and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing KOLs and external partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Preferred
  • Experience with China early access programs (e.g., Boao and Greater Bay Area initiatives).
  • Proven track record in new product launches (pre-launch -12 to 24 months).
