You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our People function through process improvement, stakeholder management, and a keenness to help people.

In this role you will work closely with People Shared Service Lead and internal managers to provide a smooth and pleasant working experience for employees across the region throughout the employment cycle. You'll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge around immigration and general HR legislation across Asia.

Your main responsibilities will be

  • :Administrating onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring the smooth and compliant operations according to FNZ policy and practice (e.g. offer, contract issuing, background check initiating and monitoring, Workday process, IT
  • )Ownership of the HR mailbox, responding to a range of queries and providing advice where necessar
  • yManaging the upkeep of Workday (HRIS) with new starters, leavers, job changes, pay uplifts, reporting line changes, employee
  • cP-file maintenance in a timely and accurate manne
  • rSupporting monthly payroll process to ensure all information feeding into payroll timely and accurat
  • eLiaising with external suppliers e.g. benefits providers to solve any issues that arise
  • .Supporting People Ops lead on the implementation of key People Ops projects i.e. HRIS optimization, and local policy system
  • .Working independently on annual People-related audit initiative
