- Co-manufacturers Qualification & Performance Management:
Lead the qualification, on-site audits, and approval process for co-manufacturers. Establish and maintain a supplier performance evaluation system to continuously monitor regulation compliance status, food safety and quality KPI performance, and corrective action effectiveness.
- Co-manufacturers Food Safety Audits & Monitoring: Develop and execute audit plans for co-manufacturers.
- Supply Chain Food Safety Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive food safety and hygiene (FSHA) auditing program, lead the qualification and approval process for new and extended distribution centers project nationwide. Follow up schedule with 3rd party FSHA and report delivery, drive implementation of effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
- Third-Party Service (auditing and testing) Providers Management: Own the management of relationships with accredited third-party testing laboratories and recognized auditing company. Continuously evaluating lab performance
- Incident Response & Risk Mitigation: Lead investigations into food safety complaints, recalls, or regulatory findings related to co-manufacturers or the supply chain. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)and drive implementation of effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
- Capability Building: Organize and deliver food safety training programs for co-manufacturers and supply chain teams to uplift cross-functional food safety awareness and build knowledge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with ISM, Supply Chain, MDSE and Store Operations teams to ensure consistent execution of food safety standards across the entire value chain.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food industry quality assurance, food safety management, or related roles; experience in FMCG manufacturers or large retail supply chain management is highly preferred.
