Job Description: Responsible for electronic component supplier development and enabling Job Responsibilities o Supplier quality improvement projects in general and specific for dedicated process, incl. Definition of assessment criteria Project setup, contracting and conduction Reporting to upper management o Enable new supplier for automotive business in a systematic way o Problem solving in a systematic way, in case of quality issue o Process audit according to VDA 6.3 at suppliers Qualifications: Education: Bachelor degree of science, electronic engineering, or physics Master degree or PhD of electronic engineering, or physics Working Experience: > 5 years working experience in semiconductor industry Additional > 2 years working experience in automotive industry with quality management, International working / study experience Knowledge/Skills:
- Semiconductor manufacturing: wafer fab, assembly and testing
- Quality management standard & tools, statistical methods (e.g. PAT)
- Semiconductor device knowledge and test concept
- Team player
- VDA 6.3 process audit
