Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all marketing and business development activities aimed at the expatriate community
  • Support strategic planning and implementation
  • Ensure a consistent presence and visibility of the Jiahui Health brand by engaging and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders (diplomatic representations, international/bilingual schools, community associations etc.)
  • Attend all relevant community fairs, conferences, events etc. to represent and promote the Jiahui Health brand
  • Initiate and lead community engagement/outreach activities including workshops, trainings, health talks, educational programs etc.
  • Act as point of contact for health-related enquiries from foreign community and liaise with relevant internal departments
  • Manage and oversee the content planning, creation and publication of the organization's English-language social media platforms and website
  • Manage collaborations with external English-language media platforms
  • Oversee and support the development and proofreading of English-language service brochures, flyers and other hard-copy and electronic content
  • Explore areas of collaboration with businesses/corporates and develop tailor-made healthcare solutions in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Gain insights and collect feedback on customer experience and satisfaction and work with relevant departments to enhance services

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or other relevant field
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in business development and marketing, healthcare industry an advantage
  • Native or near-native level in English plus at least one additional language (French, German, Spanish, Russian, Arabic etc.). Chinese language skills highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years work experience in Shanghai/China
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build and foster long-term relationships
  • Strong communication and intercultural skills
  • High degree of flexibility, team player and ability to work effectively across departments
  • Willingness and availability to attend events, conferences etc. at weekends and in evenings
