Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and expanding relationships with key gaming platforms and partners, supporting daily communications and operational tasks.
  • Support game release and submission processes under supervision, ensuring smooth coordination with platforms while learning platform policies and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, operation, marketing, branding, analytics) to collect and relay platform requirements, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Conduct market and competitor research, preparing basic reports to support business and strategic decisions.
  • Assist in executing promotional and advertising initiatives, including asset preparation, coordination, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Support optimization of game visibility across digital storefronts and partner programs, including content updates, pricing adjustments, and promotional initiatives.
  • Fostering growth through data-driven decisions and creative problem-solving.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in business development, operations, marketing, or analytics (internships included), with some familiarity with the gaming industry.
  • Strong passion for gaming, especially PC and console, with awareness of player communities and platform trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, with strong execution skills; able to handle multiple tasks under pressure and deliver results.
  • Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English; Japanese is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in console or PC game releasing and merchandising processes.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, retail distribution, or channel promotion.
  • Basic data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel or BI tools; SQL/Python skills are a plus.
