该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: Stay in touch with the market, know its movements, the launches and trends in relation to the segment(s) he/she oversees Be able to provide insights and suggestions for clients' future developments based on in-depth analysis of client portfolio and market situation Maintain tight exchanges, support cross-fertilization initiatives with other members of the Marketing Fragrance Team, especially about but not limited to trends Maintain partnership with internal clients R&D and Sales department in regularly providing relevant information, data, inputs and ideas for internal development as well as support for client presentations Build and maintain a network of colleagues within MANE at regional/global level for smooth exchanges and promotion of cross-fertilization initiatives in search of information, market products as well as in answering punctual queries from them Support the fine fragrance business promotion communications including social media content, events, seminars, etc. Contribute to the smooth coaching / mentoring and motivating process for other team members Qualification:

University degree or above preferably in marketing related fields. 7 to 8 years in Fragrance Marketing or in fragrance related Consumer Goods Marketing Sufficient knowledge of the fine fragrance and beauty care segments Organization skills - able to organize one's tasks, documents including helping other team members' Analytical skills - analyze the various facets of a problem, its dimensions, causes and effects and its various elements; Paired with Synthesis skills - go to the point, structure speech with clarity and good story telling Good communication skills for internal interactions as well as through live client presentations.

Strategic thinking: in collaboration with sales team know to anticipate clients' needs and how to best provide them and defend our business Intellectual curiosity - continuous search for knowledge, show interest to work and surroundings, be open minded. Proficiency in both oral and written English Excellent PC software skill (PowerPoint, Photoshop, Excel, and Word).

Design or other creative knowledge is a strong plus
