- Conduct overall planning for a plant with regard to middle- and long-term resource utilization (space, employees, equipment) in consultation with supervisor, plan and realize production processes and equipment for existing and new products.
Principle Activities:
- Assist in planning and implementing production processes for specific technologies in a plant, for existing and new products, in cooperation with the areas of process development, equipment procurement, logistics, production and quality; with the goal of efficiently industrializing the product.
- Support existing series of production process to achieve trouble-free and high efficiency production
- Plan and realize production processes for existing and new products, using knowledge of all production processes
- Carry out optimization projects for existing series
- Create specifications, process flows, production schedules, including standard time calculations
- Create production and plant layouts
- Monitor equipment capacities, cooperate in further developing equipment standards, in cooperation with supervisor
- Cooperate in strategic supplier selection
- Plan personnel capacities for production
- Plan and monitor all relocations and transfers that are required in the plant
- Plan, procure and start up equipment, assembly stations
- Create and implement cycle times for production cells
- Create all procurement documents as part of the equipment standard
- Provide technical release of equipment for production.
- Comply with company EHS management rules, know the factory and work area environmental factors and hazards, perform the post responsibility what described in the safe production responsibility system. Job and Work Requirements:
- Professional/graduate education through a bachelor's degree or professional certificate
- Several years of on-the-job experience (knowledge of specialized methods, techniques and processes and basic understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge)
- Good English language abilities (speak and write)
