Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches and marketing campaigns, transforming technical features into compelling consumer-facing stories that drive awareness, trial, and sell-through. Partner with the Launch Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time, on budget, and on KPI, while managing external agencies and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Business & Market Analysis - Monitor and analyze weekly category performance and competitor sell-out trends.
- Category & Consumer Insights - Translate market data, consumer research, and social listening into actionable insights.
- Identify whitespace opportunities, size market potential, and define penetration plans.
- Segmentation & Persona Development - Build data-driven consumer personas (demographics, need-states, purchase barriers).
- Map consumer profiles to channel/occasion matrices to inform creative briefs and retail activations.
NPD Campaign Execution
- Execute integrated 360° launch plans across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Localize global messaging into market-relevant value propositions; develop copy, key visuals, demo scripts, and other campaign assets.
- Manage campaign timelines and budgets; proactively flag risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to ensure launch readiness and compliance.
- Drive sell-through by supporting sales teams with in-store merchandising, promoter training, and retail activation.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product or brand marketing within FMCG, Beauty, or F&B industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital, social, and traditional media; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
