Develop and implement product strategies and roadmap for PCB standard products.

Conduct market research, customer needs analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.

Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to phase-out.

Collaborate with R&D, sales & marketing to ensure successful product development and launches.

Support sales teams with product training, technical documentation, quotations and customer engagement.

Monitor product performance, pricing and profitability.

Ensure Compliance With Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations. Profile
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. Master's/PhD preferred.

A least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in electronic components or industrial connectivity.

Solid understanding of PCB and their applications in industrial environments.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Innovation thinking and problem-solving abilities.

High motivation and willingness to travel

Fluent in English and Mandarin.
