Job Summary:
深入海外一线市场,敏锐洞察以离网小型供能产品为主的to C端光伏+市场应用,包括户外/汽车智能硬件、小型光储应用产品及其衍生产品,探索新需求、新场景、新模式、新渠道,并快速整合资源,将可行的商业模式在海外市场进行验证和规模化落地,为公司开辟全新的增长赛道。
Mission: to pioneer new growth by deep-diving into overseas markets to detect emerging opportunities in the consumer Solar PV+ space, particularly off-grid small-scale energy solutions and related smart hardware. The expert will explore new demands, scenarios, models, and channels, and then orchestrate resources to drive the full cycle from concept to scale for new business models abroad.
Job Responsibilities 工作职责
1、前沿市场洞察 / Frontier Market Insights
深入海外市场一线,主要为欠发达、电力设施不完善的缺电区域(如中非区域、南亚、东南亚等),深度调研本地电力消费习惯、供电需求、产品应用、已有的产品、商业模式,提供洞察报告和分析,为管理层的战略决策提供可靠依据。。
Conduct deep, on-the-ground research in frontline overseas markets, primarily in under-electrified regions with limited power infrastructure (e.g., Central Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia). The focus will be on analyzing local electricity consumption habits, power supply needs, product applications, existing solutions, and prevailing business models. Deliver insightful reports and analyses to provide a reliable foundation for management's strategic decision-making.
2、机会研判与模式设计 / Opportunity Analysis & Model Design:
协同总部各部门(财经、开发、技术、营销等)对发现的新产品、新模式进行快速分析和评估,包括市场潜力、技术可行性、盈利模型等,并提出具体的落地执行方案。
Collaborate with relevant headquarters departments (such as Finance, Product Development, Technology, and Marketing) to conduct rapid analysis and evaluation of new products and business models. This includes assessing market potential, technical feasibility, and profitability models, followed by proposing concrete implementation plans.
3、新市场、团队的组建和业务体系搭建新 / Pioneering expansion into new markets through end-to-end setup of teams and business infrastructures:
根据总部战略决策,制定完整的商业计划,从选定市场从零搭建符合业务需求的组织并拓展渠道网络,建立业务和管理流程,打通招商、品宣、销售、交付、软件、售后等全流程。
Own the end-to-end launch in new markets as dictated by corporate strategy. This entails creating the full business plan, building the local organization and channel ecosystem from scratch, and implementing integrated processes to ensure seamless operation across partner recruitment, marketing, sales, delivery, software, and customer support.
4、小步快跑,快速试错 / Rapid Iteration & Fast Learning:
领导小型试点项目,通过低成本、高效率的MVP(最小可行产品)方式进行市场测试,收集反馈,并迅速迭代优化商业模式。
Lead small-scale pilot projects, using low-cost, efficient MVP (Minimum Viable Product) approaches for market testing, gathering feedback, and rapidly iterating to optimize the business model.
Job Requirements 任职要求
1、拥有8~10年及以上户外/汽车智能硬件、新零售/快消品/电子消费行业、跨境电商等行业经验。有在海外本地生活、工作经验且负责新市场开拓、担任国家经理等职务者尤佳。
8-10+ years of experience in the outdoor/automotive smart hardware, new retail/FMCG/consumer electronics, or cross-border e-commerce. Candidates with overseas living and work experience, particularly those who have led new market expansion or held roles such as Country Manager, are highly preferred.
2、具备创业家精神,敏锐的市场嗅觉,有出色的业务规划、综合运营能力,优秀的与人连接的能力和执行力。
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, sharp business acumen, and strong capabilities in strategic planning and integrated operations. Exceptional interpersonal skills and execution prowess are essential.
