- Bachelor's degree. Major in engineering or project management 本科以上学历,工程或项目管理专业。
- 5+ years experiences in project management for 5-star hotel or luxury property projects 5年以上五星级酒店或高端豪宅项目的项目管理经验
- Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation 熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 优秀的组织能力并关注细节
- Has on-site experience 有现场工作经验
- Be able to multitask and manage priorities 具有分清轻重缓急处理多项事务的能力
