- Conducting market research, analysing product performance, develop and implement effective business development strategies
- Generate D-A-CH region companies' needs for market advisory supports in the great China and Asian region
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients
- Prospect, engage, and secure new clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders (partners, clients, and industry leaders)
- Conduct regular offline visits to the company's existing clients in D-A-CH region
- Represent the company at business development activities (such as industry events, conferences, workshops, and trade shows) within DACH region
- Monitor local trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the region
- Track and report on business development performance metrics
- Assistance with proposal writing
Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree from top-tier universities
2.3-5 year full-time working experience in business development, sales, or a similar role,
3.2+ year full-time working experience in an international consulting firm or professional service firms will be a plus
- Fluent in speaking and written English and German
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyse market data and develop actionable strategies
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
- Efficient time management
- Existing network of potential clients/partners will be a plus
