  • Conducting market research, analysing product performance, develop and implement effective business development strategies
  • Generate D-A-CH region companies' needs for market advisory supports in the great China and Asian region
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients
  • Prospect, engage, and secure new clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders (partners, clients, and industry leaders)
  • Conduct regular offline visits to the company's existing clients in D-A-CH region
  • Represent the company at business development activities (such as industry events, conferences, workshops, and trade shows) within DACH region
  • Monitor local trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the region
  • Track and report on business development performance metrics
  • Assistance with proposal writing

Requirements

  • Bachelor or above degree from top-tier universities

2.3-5 year full-time working experience in business development, sales, or a similar role,

3.2+ year full-time working experience in an international consulting firm or professional service firms will be a plus

  • Fluent in speaking and written English and German
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse market data and develop actionable strategies
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Efficient time management
  • Existing network of potential clients/partners will be a plus
