As a
[Financial Analyst],
you will report to China Assistant Controller.

*Key Responsibilities :*

  • Monthly closing:
  • Prepare monthly closing JV
  • Royalty calculation and JV preparation
  • Review FSG report and Trail balance report before monthly submission
  • ETR report and JV preparation
  • Reporting:
  • Review monthly account reconciliation report, tracking and resolve any issue or pending items
  • Cash flow and forecast report
  • PRC and US GAAP financial report and reconciliation between both GAAP
  • Consolidate budget and upload to HFM, year-end schedule
  • Audit:
  • Be the coordinator for GIA, SOX audit
  • Be the coordinator for royalty, foreign exchange and other audit required
  • Be the coordinator for external audit from PwC, provide any necessary documents or support to ensure it could be complete before deadline.
  • Take lead for annual self-assessment for Tianjin plant and Finance department before GIA and SOX audit
  • Other:
  • Support annual statutory audit
  • Dutiable royalty calculation and analysis
  • Monthly HNTE calculation and communicate with R&D center for technical review or update
  • Set up new account code, and account values, and allocation methods
  • Provide any necessary financial information to external or internal when needed
  • Process map and AICC update and review
  • Assist with annual tax filing
  • Assist with annual budget

*Qualifications*

  • Bachelor degree with major of accounting and Financial related.
  • No less than 3 years working experience include 1 years' experience in GL (manufacturing site preferred);
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong capacity for quick learning, with the ability to adapt to new processes, tools, and industry knowledge promptly.
  • Solid Accounting knowledge, CPA/CMA is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of PRC & US GAAP Requirement
  • Good understanding of tax regulation
  • Good use of MS Office, knowledge of SAP ECC/S4
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent English in oral and writing
