Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Branding Lead with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in crypto, Web3, or fintech sectors. This role requires a visionary branding professional with a strong grasp of both local and global markets, capable of shaping and executing a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with our company's mission and rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the company's
brand strategy
across global and local markets. - Establish and maintain a
strong, consistent brand voice and visual identity
across all touchpoints. - Collaborate closely with leadership, product, marketing, and regional teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
- Drive
brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
that resonates with both Web3-native and mainstream audiences. - Manage external agencies, partners, and internal creative teams for brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor brand performance, industry trends, and competitor activities to adapt and optimize branding strategies.
- Act as a
brand guardian
, ensuring all internal and external communications adhere to brand guidelines. - Champion and evolve the brand through high-impact content, partnerships, and experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience
in branding, brand strategy, or marketing communications. - Background in
crypto, Web3, or fintech
is strongly preferred. - Deep interest and understanding of
Web3 trends, audiences, and communities
. - Proven experience developing and scaling brand strategies in
both local and global markets
. - Strong creative sensibility with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
- Bilingual in
Chinese and English
– strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages are required. - Comfortable working in a
