该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities, Tasks and Skills of the Sales Manager /Automotive HORN:

  • Holds the position of Sales Manager for Asia Aftermarket (AM)
  • Report to local GM hierarchy and fuctionaly to HQ Aftermarket Sales Manager
  • Helps increasing the market share in respective market as well as enhancing the brand awareness and the name recognition of Fiamm Autotech in Horn Aftermarket
  • Keeps contact to local and regional customers
  • Verifies and improves local possibilities of distribution
  • Supports implementation of changes in the distribution system
  • Ongoing analysis of the market requirements, application, models and the competitor's movements.
  • Ongoing market research, competitor analysis, prices benchmark and etc.
  • Identifying different Industrial/Automotive branches in the region and its volume in each country
  • Cooperates closely with existing customers
  • Plans, installs and manages sales activities on a local base
  • Planning of development activities per region in China
  • Observes of due-date upon development plans and budget/targets.
  • Arrangement of Fiamm Autotech HORN seminars and training sessions (including workshops)
  • Interface to the customer on the technical side when necessary
  • Support required translations if any (China/English)
  • Regular reports and presentation
  • Monitoring delivery status
  • Support Sales to South Asian market

(be inline with group target ,means FA+SA)

  • Expand diversified Sales channel and evaluate online sales

Skills/requirements

  • Qualification as master of business administration or as bachelor of business administration/technical background/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical is plus)
  • At least 3-5 years of job-experience in sales of the spare parts AM
  • Inter-cultural skills combined with the ability to work for and cooperate with an organization of a different cultural background
  • Willingness to travel, out of office
  • Assertiveness, ability to work independently and team player.
  • Good knowledge in MS-Office Programs
  • Good English (written & Spoken)
