- BS or above majored in Animal Science and
Veterinary Medicine, with Master's degree preferred. 畜牧学(动物科学)和动物医学本科以上,硕士学历优先。

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Project management experience preferred. 有项目管理经验优先。
- Basic knowledge of cotemporary record-keeping systems (i.e. PigChamp, PigKnows, etc.) 对现代化信息管理系统(如:PigChamp, Pigknows等)有基本的认识。
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 熟练运用微软办公软件。

- Act as a liaison between PIC and customer management to promote understanding, agreement of objectives, implementation, and mutual satisfaction which will contribute to the achievement of long-range profit and growth goals. 作为PIC和客户间的联络沟通桥梁,增进公司与客户间的相互理解,达成一致的目标以及促进项目顺利实施,协助PIC和客户均能获得令人满意的长期利润及完成增长目标。
- Responsibility for communicating and implementing PIC's production management, health, genetic and nutrition guidelines/specifications. 负责现场对客户就PIC猪只生产管理,健康,遗传和营养规范方面的沟通帮助和实施指导。
- Ability to identify customer site problems in a timely manner and ultimately resolve them to ensure that the customer achieves production goals. 能够及时发现客户现场问题,并最终解决,确保客户达成生产目标。
- Establish effective professional relationships with customers and key production personnel to enable PIC account objectives and product performance. 与客户和主要生产人员建立有效的沟通和联系,保障PIC的客户目标和产品性能得以实现。
