该职位来源于猎聘 We are currently recruiting an experienced Strategy Director to serve our expanding Asia strategic consulting market with a focus on China. Led large-scale pharmaceutical strategic consulting projects worth over a million dollars, established an efficient execution framework, facilitated cross-departmental integration, enhanced the team's strategic capabilities, and achieved business growth. Main responsibilities:

  • Business Development and Sales:
  • Play an active role in the business development of the Strategic Consulting function including:  Identifying prospective clients  Preparing and conducting presentations with potential clients  Following up potential clients to close business opportunities
  • Write proposals including preparation, cost estimation and resource identification
  • Project Delivery:
  • Develop innovative project plans based on customer needs, and establish a clear and feasible execution framework
  • Direct and oversee completion of strategic consulting projects
  • Develop project plan including schedule, manpower and work plan
  • Lead research effort including primary and secondary research to execute projects
  • Write and control the quality of final reports to ensure their accuracy, English standard and formatting
  • Interact and manage clients to meet their satisfaction
  • Team Coach:
  • Thought Training: Conduct systematic training courses, share industry trends and case studies to broaden the team's strategic perspective
  • Project Guidance: Play a coaching role in projects, guide the application of strategic framework methodologies, provide timely feedback and corrections, and resolve strategic challenges
  • Talent Echelon Building: Pay attention to team members' career development needs, formulate personalized training plans, and establish a reasonable talent echelon
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Communication and Coordination: Promote the organic integration of strategic projects with various teams, establish communication mechanisms, coordinate work efforts, and resolve cooperation issues
  • Resource Integration: Integrate internal company resources to achieve sharing and complementarity, explore cooperation opportunities, and provide one-stop services
  • Business Innovation: Leverage integrated experiences to explore new business models and service areas, creating competitive advantages The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
  • Experience and expertise:
  • Over 3 years of experience in management consulting and more than 2 years of experience in consulting for the pharmaceutical industry
  • Priority will be given to candidates with solid professional knowledge in the pharmaceutical field
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in PPT production, capable of clearly and visually presenting strategic plans and achievements.
  • Possess high cognitive and framework-based thinking abilities, able to distill key points, construct strategic frameworks, and utilize tools and methodologies to provide innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate excellent coaching skills, effectively guiding and developing teams, with strong team management, communication, and coordination abilities
  • Exhibit keen market insight and outstanding sales techniques, capable of understanding customer needs and expanding and maintaining customer relationships
  • Attitude
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, paying attention to details and striving for excellence
  • Demonstrate good stress resistance, able to calmly respond to challenges in high-pressure environments
