- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets, focusing on both existing customers and new market segments.

- Manage and nurture the sales opportunity pipeline and incoming project business to maximize revenue potential.
- Develop marketing initiatives to promote sales of all products and enhance brand visibility in the market.
- Ensure compliance with risk assessment procedures and operational protocols, recommending enhancements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical manufacture, or engineering and a post graduate qualification in sales and marketing would be preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the industrial or engineering sectors, preferably in clamp, fasteners, connect and joining technology.
- Experienced in Offroad, Power, Marine, Energy industry more than 5 years with good customer relationship
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Good command in both written and spoken English.
