  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll input by instructing the external payroll partner
  • Review system generated test reports and request the correction of any potential errors
  • Be the single point of contact for payroll inquiries for China, delivering an effective service to our internal customers
  • Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll and benefits records (salaries, variable schemes, health and other insurance policies, pensions schemes etc.) in accordance with the legal regulations and company procedures
  • Representing the function in internal/external audits
  • Close collaboration with our Finance teams on payroll account reconciliations
  • Managing HR operation tasks, both via Workday online process and offline process, including: employment, onboarding, exit, contract and probation management, personnel filing maintenance, employment certification, flexible working scheme application.
  • Perform ad-hoc and recurring reporting of payroll and other HR related data
  • Close collaboration with our external providers
  • Stay current on payroll and HR operation practices and regulations for various locations in the country Qualifications:  Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources or related field is considered a plus  3-5 years work experience in payroll & HR Operations function in MNC companies  Solid understanding of payroll calculations, accounting, taxation, and finance concepts as it relates to payroll  Strong servicing mindset, feeling at ease when answering payroll and other inquiries from employees, managers, business unit controllers, vendors and governmental agencies, both in writing and over the phone  Well-versed in the use of common global HR information systems (experience in Workday beneficial)  Detail oriented

 Fluent written English skills  Proficiency in Excel
