About Our Client
Our client is a growing international BPO and CX provider with around 18,000 employees across multiple countries. The company has built a strong offshore delivery base in Africa while expanding into Europe and Asia. They combine scale with innovation, offering customer management solutions alongside digital CX technologies such as AI-driven engagement platforms and speech analytics.
The Opportunity
They are hiring Business Development Managers to open new client doors and convert complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities into signed contracts with China-headquartered firms that operate internationally. You will own your market, build senior relationships, and close new business across BPO and digital CX solutions. You will target international firms headquartered in China, often beginning with digital CX solutions and scaling to BPO. You will often start with digital CX offers (for rapid proof and access) and expand into BPO awards delivered from Africa. You will own your territory and work directly with the VP Sales.
What You'll Do
- Create and execute a China Go-To-Market strategy with defined targets and buyer groups.
- Build and execute a territory plan with the VP Sales to grow share in your market.
- Build qualified pipeline; lead meetings, solution scoping, proposals/RFPs, and closing.
- Position their CX technology (speech and voice analytics, engagement platform) as an initial step towards larger BPO programmes.
- Coordinate with presales, solution, and proposal teams to progress opportunities to contract.
- Achieve ARR, new-client, and pipeline targets.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of international BPO/ITES sales with offshore exposure and closed-won results.
- Ability to manage long, multi-party cycles and engage senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- A method-driven approach with the readiness to learn and apply feedback.
Why This Role
- Competitive base with uncapped commission.
- International scope, outreach tooling, and dedicated support across solution and proposals.
- Autonomy to develop a national territory with leadership backing.
