- In charge of the structure performance management in the product development.
- Accountable for developing the DVP according to customer and program requirement; Define simulation and test details; Negotiating DVP with the customer.
- Identify the potential durability risk and give potential solutions in concept design phase.
- Release W.O. to FEA team; evaluate durability risk based on FEA results.
- Release W.O. to testing lab and support testing team to resolve the problem happened during the test.
- Durability risk evaluation via test results/data analysis; complete engineering reports and sign off.
- Lead durability problem solving during development.
- Summarize the durability lessons learned and best practices.
- Cross function communication and coordination.
- Leads continuous improvement projects.

- 给实验室下发测试任务,并支持实验室解决试验过程中出现的问题;
- 分析试验结果与测试数据,评估耐久风险;完成并签署工程报告;
- 主导解决开发过程中出现的结构耐久问题;
- 总结和分享产品开发过程中的经验教训和最佳实践案例;
- 跨部门沟通与协调;
- 负责持续改进项目; 岗位要求:
- Bachelor degree or above in engineering mechanics, automotive or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of metal fatigue, statistics, vibration and engineering mechanics.
- Familiar with FEA structure related analysis is preferred.
- Min.3 years related working experience on automotive/mechanical engineering industry; working experience on structural design or durability test is preferred.
- Experience on project management.
- Good communication skill and presentation skill.
- Good written and spoken English.
- 工程力学、车辆和机械专业背景优先,本科及以上学历;
- 在金属疲劳、概率统计、机械振动和材料力学等方面有一定的理论基础;
- 了解结构有限元分析者优先;
- 三年以上汽车或机械工程行业工作经验; 有结构设计或耐久测试相关工作经验者优先;
- 具备一定的项目管理经验;
- 良好的交流技巧和演讲展示技巧;
- 良好的英语说写能力;
