Work with equipment R&D team to review and finalize the automation design.
Process routing and layout design of production.
Assembly fixture or tooling design.
Production issue troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Continuously improve the productivity and efficiency.
Compile process related documents(e.g. Process Flow diagram, PFMEA, WI, etc.)
Other tasks assigned by the department head. Requirement:
Above 5 years' experience on automotive industry.
Fluent spoken English.
Skilled in AutoCAD or any 3D modelling software.
Familiar with PPAP/APQP.
Familiarity with laser welding, automation, FPC or CCS industry is preferred.
Excellent Knowledge of problem solving and quality improvement (8D, 5why, fishbone, etc.).
