- Keep aligned with product message from global official guidelines/UK product expert and update to China market.
- Organize engagement for distributors and retailers on guitar amps, supporting them to improve awareness of the brand & products and efficiency on using them.
- Provide technical support for local team related with guitar amps.
- Plan and implement proper strategies of engagement adapted to all types of channels, based on the company's business development.
- Support the in-store demo/VM and conduct regularly visits, to make sure the in-store products are in good condition and the display is consistent with global guideline.
- Based on local strategy to implement the engagement strategy to cater the business growth need. REQUIRED EXPERIENCES / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- Priority for those with training or engagement experience to retailers/distributors.
- Priority for those with experience in MI (Amplifier) industry. REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Priority for those who can play electric guitars and is experienced on guitar amps using.
- 2+ years of experience on product/brand engagement, those with training experience with retailers/distributors will be the priority.
- Willing for business trip 2-3 times per month, occasionally to oversea countries.
- Good at communication, patient and detail-oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
