Provide MEP support and assessment to lead Project Manager of projects 为项目经理提供机电方面的支持和评估
Be able to evaluate the lifecycle cost for MEP equipment selection 在机电设备选型时,评估全生命周期成本
Manage MEP design quality provided by designer 管控设计师提供的机电设计方案的质量
Establish MEP inspection check list and protocol

Develop the testing and commissioning (T&C) strategy. Review and approve T&C plan 制定测试与调试策略。检查和批准测试与调试计划。
Prepare technical document for tendering 为招标准备技术文件
Coordinate with cost manage to review and conduct VE for MEP design 与成本经理合作,检查和进行机电设计变更

Bachelor's degree. Major in engineering or project management 本科以上学历,工程或项目管理专业。
5+ years experiences in project management for manufactory or property projects 5年以上制造工厂或地产项目的项目管理经验
Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation 熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 优秀的组织能力并关注细节
Has on-site experience 有现场工作经验
Be able to multitask and manage priorities 具有分清轻重缓急处理多项事务的能力
Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need 能够前瞻性地发现工作需要
Be able to adopt change according to company business plan 能适应公司业务发展计划带来的变化
