主要职责

  • 通过解决方案销售模式协助区域100%完成公司分配的区域销售指标,保证健康正增长。
  • 以客户需求为导向,通过解决方案,专业化项目计划书与KOL建立长期稳定的战略合作伙伴关系,推动临床标准升级。
  • 根据不同客户的需求和业务痛点,制定定制化的项目解决方案及对应的项目方案书。
  • 通过与跨职能团队的合作,确保公司的学术影响力持续性传递,促进公司品牌形象的提升。
  • 开展内部销售培训,以确保团队充分了解公司战略,产品定位和关键信息。
  • 协助区域市场活动的规划和有效执行。
  • 确保所有行动都符合并遵循国家和公司的政策和标准,同时保持专业标准和业绩。
  • 完成公司或经理分配的其他工作。

技能和能力

  • 本科及以上学历
  • 5年以上医疗设备及耗材销售经验
  • 具有外企解决方案、项目销售思维
  • 以结果为导向,以客户为中心
  • 具备强学习能力,自驱力和解决问题能力
  • 出色的人际关系和沟通技能
