该职位来源于猎聘 As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for automotive market new customer development, implement company strategy and grow business in specific area. You will focus on sales and profit target achievement, build the relationship with customers, understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product and solution to customer. You will report to business director. You will base in Beijing or Shanghai, while looking over business all over China. Key Responsibilities Develop new market and build relationships with important customers.

Responsible for commercial activity and sales of important accounts in assigned area.

Promote new product and technology to customer.

Negotiate contracts, pricing and account receiving, convert conflict to win-win.

Manager demand forecast, and ensure on time delivery.

Coordinate team address critical issues among production, QC, supply chain, technical, financial and customer.

Business management to ensure sales goal accomplishment, and profit objective.

Collect and analyze customer and market intelligence to support developing product & sales strategies and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above. Preferred major in automotive coating or automotive equivalent.

10 years sales working experience in automotive coatings or automotive equivalent. Aggressive business development ability, keep on learning new things.

Good English both written and oral.
