- Evaluate and develop the advance measurement machine and method for QA department.
- Develop the advance test and analysis equipement and methode for all lab.
- Work closely with Automation and IT department, to for better and close cooperation and to develop the advance management system and measurement system for all Lab and other QA department.
- Involve in quality or process improvement activities, whenever there are any initiated by whoever, etc.
- Communicate within and across company wide on new measurement requests.

- University graduate (or equivalent), majored in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or others similar.
- At least 3 years of working experiences, related with measurement and test manayement, or similar functions, in a FPC/PCB etc electronics factory.
- Strong in technical and engineering capabilities and skills, familiar with common MSA and Minitab, for some OGP etc. measurement equipment and test method.
- Good command in English spoken and written is needed.
