该职位来源于猎聘 下车身工程师 岗位职责 1. 负责车身系统(下车身)的设计开发,可行性分析,典型断面制作,数据发布,按项目时间节点完成各项交付物,并满足性能、造型、重量、成本、制造等要求; 2. 负责车身系统相关技术设计标准、规范的制订和更新(DVP,checklist,DFMEA, Design Guideline等); 3. 完成相关零部件SOR的编制,参与合作伙伴开发能力评估及管控,联合合作伙伴跟踪DV/PV试验,完成样件及相关文件验收,保证开发进度和质量;

- Responsible for the design and development work for Body parts (e.g. LWR BODY, UPR BODY, etc), including finish key section, feasibility analysis, and data delivery, which should meet request of performance, styling, mass, cost and manufacture at the same time.
- Responsible for compiling, updating the specification documents of body system, e.g. DVP, checklist, DFMEA, Design Guideline, etc.
- Modify the Statement Of Requirement, involve supplier development capability evaluation and control, guide suppliers to product, track DV/ PV tests, complete the acceptance of samples and relevant documents, and ensure the development progress and quality.
- Lead PDT to solve the design issues during vehicle try-out, test and launch, quick respond and efficiently solve the problems during the development, test, production and after-sales process of exterior trim parts, meet the requirements of the project and customers;
- Be in charge of management of Bill Of Material, Engineering Change work.

Familiar with vehicle development process, standards, and regulatory requirements, familiar with automobile manufacturing process, body materials, jointing, body structure and attribute performance, etc.
- Bachelor degree or above;
- CET-4 or above, proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
- Familiar with CATIA/ UG and other professional software, as well as common office software;
- Love cars and believe in the development trend and strategic significance of new energy intelligent vehicles; Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and industry development trends in the automotive industry is preferred.
