该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: 1 Establish and maintain HSE compliance strategy and processes. 2 Evaluate legal and other requirements, lead resolution of compliance issues and audits. 3 Develop tracking systems for new and changing legal requirements; assess their impact and lead action planning. 4 Lead implementation of safety, health, environmental, and firefighting compliance projects. 5 Oversee "three simultaneous" assessments for new projects (pre-assessment, control effectiveness, final acceptance). 6 Build and maintain communication channels with HSE-related government agencies; engage in authority activities and implement required actions. 7 Develop and manage processes for government audits/inspections, including follow-up and feedback. 8 Lead the environmental team for compliance (PDP, EIA, monitoring, air emission, wastewater, hazardous waste). 9 Oversee firefighting processes, equipment, and emergency system management. 10 Manage day-to-day environmental and health-related work, including occupational health and hazardous chemical management. 11 Lead government-mandated processes (clean production, safety standardization, dual system, EDP, etc.). 12 Develop new HSE rules and procedures as required. - Dual-Prevention Mechanism, Clean Production Audit, Safety Production Standardization, and EDP Emergency Drill Plan. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in safety, environment, engineering, or related fields.
- Over 8 years of HSE experience in multinational manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in communication with government agencies.
- Familiarity with HSE laws, regulations, standards, and international standards.
- High initiative and ability to drive and lead change.
- Experience with HSE projects preferred.
- Good command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Registered Safety Engineer and/or Registered Environmental Engineer/Consultant, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, hazardous chemicals management credentials, emergency/fire code familiarity (PRC GB standards).
