- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on the laboratory instruments and consumables market in target regions. Analyze customer needs and the competitive landscape to provide critical insights for product positioning and sales strategy formulation.
- Channel Development & Customer Operations: Drive local market penetration by participating in premier international industry exhibitions and developing/managing a network of overseas distributors. Leverage integrated online and offline channels to achieve business breakthroughs.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and implement customized regional sales plans by leveraging our brand and supply chain strengths. Directly enhance customer conversion rates and secure order growth through effective execution.
- Online Branding & Lead Generation: Spearhead overseas online brand promotion, including website localization, Google Ads campaigns, and partnerships with vertical industry websites. Continuously optimize strategies to increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Resource Coordination & Relationship Management: Act as a pivotal hub connecting internal and external stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with regional distributors and foster seamless collaboration with domestic product and support teams to ensure prompt customer response and smooth business operations.
- Base Location & Travel: This role is based in Shanghai and requires global travel to various countries as dictated by business needs. 任职资格: 1.本科及以上学历,理工科专业,有海外留学背景优先。 2.有海外市场开拓 / 国际业务经验,或实验室仪器、生物医药相关行业经验者优先,接受优秀应届生。 3.逻辑思维强,能敏锐洞察市场趋势;外向乐观,沟通能力佳,具备开放与创业心态。 4.英语可作为工作语言(必须),掌握其他小语种者优先。
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in science or engineering; overseas study background is preferred.
- Experience in overseas market development/international business, or experience in related industries such as laboratory instruments or biomedicine is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Strong logical thinking ability and keen insight into market trends; outgoing and optimistic, with excellent communication skills, as well as an open mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficiency in English as a working language (mandatory); proficiency in other minor languages is preferred.
