Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams to create, organize, and implement high jewelry training programs aligned with business development strategies. Establish evaluation standards and business-driven action plans based on training objectives.
  • Develop and continuously improve training materials for the high jewelry team, focusing on product expertise, storytelling, sales skills, client experience, and related areas.
  • Engage with frontline teams to regularly assess training effectiveness and skill gaps, optimize training content, and explore innovative talent development approaches, learning scenarios, and industry resources to enhance learning.
  • Establish talent benchmarks for roles such as High Jewelry Experts, Elite Sales Professionals, and High Jewelry Account Managers, and support talent selection and deployment across various business scenarios.
  • Promote high jewelry business awareness internally at both headquarters and regional levels, communicating the MVV (Mission, Values, Vision) in line with group strategy to foster internal alignment.
  • Provide on-site coaching support for employees during key high jewelry events and assist in strategic high jewelry activities as needed.
  • Plan ahead for non-high jewelry training and on-site guidance requirements based on the high jewelry department's annual project calendar. Communicate needs with HR and drive the implementation of training plans.
  • Collaborate with HR to deliver foundational high jewelry training to designated HR trainers, expanding the reach of high jewelry knowledge across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Literature, or related fields. Possession of international certifications such as GIA or FGA is preferred.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, with strong communication skills and mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent development and training within international luxury or fashion brands. Deep understanding of high-end sales and luxury clientele, with strong talent identification and analytical skills.
  • Excellent expression, communication, coordination, and organizational abilities. Capable of solving complex problems and making decisions, with strong time management and stress resilience. Willingness to travel as required.
  • Outgoing and approachable personality, skilled in interpersonal communication, with strong influence and persuasion abilities. Positive, passionate, and professional work attitude, with a team-oriented mindset and high emotional intelligence.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, with a strong sense of confidentiality. Self-motivated and highly responsible.
