Sales Leader of global strategic account Huawei, manage overall business and drive the growth and maintain the relationship with key stakeholders together with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Build up and maintain deep relationship with key stakeholders of customers. Set up communication channel with executive level managements of customers.
  • Manage the business pipeline, drive design wins to achieve annual growth target. Review the business regularly with internal business lines and management team.
  • Communicate with internal business lines and supporting functions. Enhance BL mgt. level direct engagement.
  • Understand and predict market trend. Collect and analyze information of competitors.
  • Closely work with business line team to define roadmap and strategy.
  • Coach team members. Build up strong and successful team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above. Major in EE, microelectronics, or Communication Engineering;
  • At least 10 years experience of key account management in semiconductor companies with good record of performance.
  • Knowledge of consumer and automotive market and key players. Sensing, illumination and visualization product related experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English;
  • Strategic selling skills, logical thinking and time management skills
  • Strong initiative and Self-motivated. Have passion to drive progress and achieve win.
  • Willing to travel.
